At Walkout we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury dresses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item is in the same condition as you received it.
- The item is unworn and free from any odors.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The return is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The item is not a custom order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
